Online Auction
All members have now received their Online Auction Tool Package. Members are reminded to customize the Request Letter with their own contact information and and are encouraged to start soliciting items and/or sponsors for the auction if they have not already done so. See below if you were unable to attend the meeting today.
Holiday Social
Plans for our annual Holiday Social are almost complete, and more information will be provided soon. For now be sure to reserve the date in your calendars – Monday, December 8.

Our meeting today was a Kick Off for our Online Auction. Here are some of the key elements:
How the Auction Works
Members solicit Items and/or sponsors
Items are placed in the online Auction that runs from Nov. 1 to Nov. 15 (full description and photo provided for each item)
The auction is promoted through social media, previous participants, lawn signs and by members to friends, family and colleagues
Other district clubs are involved as well (upwards of 1,000 items in total)
Each club earns the funds from the selling of their items
Sponsorships help to cover expenses

We have room to grow and can make this best year yet if everyone gets involved!
